  • We will delete your account and data in accordance with our policies and the applicable law.  We will retain data to the extent required under the applicable law.

3. Data We Collect.

We collect information from you in a variety of ways. The three ways we collect personal or non personal information from you are listed below. More information can be found under Section 4: How We Collect Data.

  • Personal Information you provide us
  • Information we collect from from you by using our services
  • Information our third party services provide

"Personal information" is defined as any information that you may provide to us that can be used to identify you individually, including, but not limited to, contact information, home address, images, fax numbers, driver license number, state identification card number, bank account number, credit card or debit card number, passport number, alien registration number, location data, as well as any company account number that we assign to you.

You can use certain Services to obtain certain information without revealing any personally identifiable information. During these types of visits, we may collect, analyze, or share such information on an anonymized basis. We use this information to generate statistics and measure the activity of our Services in order to improve the usefulness of the Services and the customer experience.

Biometric Information.  Autonomy uses biometric information by having users submit a picture of their driver’s license and a selfie picture of themselves to confirm their identity prior to applying for an Autonomy vehicle. Autonomy uses the images to confirm identity, prevent fraud, and improve accuracy. One method of verification includes comparing the faces in the submitted pictures through the use of facial geometry. As the verification process scans the geometry of the face in the pictures, the derivative information may be deemed to be biometric information. As part of our verification method, Autonomy or its vendor compares the submitted pictures with each other as well as the user’s account information.
