Can you get a car subscription in Miami?
Yes. Autonomy operates in California, Florida, New York, Texas, and Washington, and offers pickup or delivery throughout those states, so a Miami address sits inside the service area, as do Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Orlando, Fort Pierce, and Daytona Beach.

How much does a car subscription cost in Miami?
Every car posts three plans, and on September 2026 pricing the only thing separating them is the start fee: $1,000, $2,000, or $3,000. A bigger start fee buys a lower monthly payment, and the step is exactly $50 a month per $1,000 on every car.

The step is worth understanding before you pick. A Tesla Model 3 is $700 a month on Explore and $600 a month on Enjoy, September 2026 pricing, and the $2,000 of extra start fee between them buys $100 a month, so it takes 20 months to earn back. What does the monthly payment include?
The payment covers 1,000 miles a month with additional miles at $0.25 each, plus title, registration and licensing, routine maintenance, and roadside assistance, and electric cars also come with a charging kit. Insurance is not bundled into the monthly price.
Our vehicle pages put estimated values on three of those: about $600 for title, registration and licensing, about $2,350 for routine maintenance, and about $230 for the charging kit. You can pay the start fee and the monthly on a credit card, and none of it lands on your credit file as financing, because a subscription is not a loan.
The honest version: 1,000 miles a month is roughly 33 miles a day, which is fine for a commute and tight for a household that drives to Orlando on weekends. At $0.25 a mile, an extra 500 miles is $125, so the overage is survivable but it is real. Price your actual driving, not your optimistic driving.
Does a car subscription include insurance in Florida?
No. Autonomy's subscription does not bundle insurance, though eligible subscribers can add integrated auto insurance inside the subscription for an additional fee, underwritten by a third party and subject to policy terms, which matters more in Miami than almost anywhere else in Florida.
This is the Miami-specific part, and it is the reason a national price comparison will mislead you here. Experian's 2026 Florida insurance figures put the statewide average at $2,080 a year and Miami highest among the state's major cities at $3,287, about $274 a month, figures we retrieved in September 2026. Budget the payment and the policy together or the number you planned around will be wrong by a few hundred dollars.
Subscription, monthly rental, or lease?
A subscription is not a lease and not a rental. There is no financed balance, no residual value, and no multi-year term, but there is also no equity, and a lease kept for its full term usually posts a lower monthly payment than a subscription does.
That concession is worth stating plainly, because it is the real tradeoff. Experian's State of the Automotive Finance Market for the first quarter of 2026 puts the average new-vehicle lease payment at $619 a month on an average term of 36.66 months, the figure we checked again in September 2026. If you know you want this car for three years and your mileage is predictable, a lease is usually the cheaper instrument. A subscription is what you buy when you do not know that.

Where in Florida can you get the car?
Autonomy offers pickup or delivery throughout Florida. Our Florida service first reached the east coast in November 2022, covering Daytona Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Fort Pierce, Melbourne, Miami, Orlando, and West Palm Beach, and the state has been in the footprint since.
Because delivery runs statewide rather than from a fixed list of storefronts, the practical question is your address, not your city's name. Gulf-coast drivers in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Fort Myers, and Naples are inside the same statewide footprint as the east-coast metros.
Charging an electric car in Miami
If you take one of the electric cars, the charging kit comes with it, and Florida is a genuinely easy state to charge in. The Alternative Fuels Data Center's state counts list 4,365 charging station locations and 15,043 ports in Florida as of September 2026, 9,889 of them Level 2 and 5,121 DC fast, second only to California.
Florida is not an early-adopter outlier either, which matters for resale of the idea as much as the car: the same source counted 254,878 light-duty electric vehicles registered in Florida as of December 2023, second in the nation behind California. On the state numbers, charging is not the thing that should stop you; in Miami the parking usually is, and no subscription fixes that.
